We care for children of all ages. Our babysitters have experience with children of different ages and can cater to the specific needs of each age group. We also provide care for newborns.

We care for children at the client’s home or another agreed location. We can also, for example, take or pick up the child from daycare or hobbies.

We strive to be flexible and provide a babysitter as quickly as possible. We can also offer a babysitter on short notice. In urgent cases, please contact us by phone.

In 2025, the household deduction is 35% of the billed work.

We do small housework if the situation allows. For example, we can cook or do laundry while the child is napping. However, doing housework is not our primary task.

Yes, Ilo-Nallet services include child-care even in mild illness cases, such as during a cold. If the child shows signs of illness during care, we will immediately contact the parents to discuss the best course of action and possible further measures.

We invoice child care monthly based on the actual hours worked. The hourly rate is always agreed upon in advance, so billing is clear and transparent without hidden costs.

You can cancel a reservation free of charge 24 hours before the start of the reservation. For cancellations made later, we charge 100% of the reservation price.
